Submit is a FREE practical Self Defence / Fitness Class in Airdrie Alberta. With roots in boxing, martial arts and mma, our classes offer a unique approach to training. As you step into your first class you will notice an atmosphere that is judgement free where each individual is free to express themselves through training as well as conversation.

The term “submit” has become very popular with the explosion of mixed martial arts over the past decade. To submit in training means to give up and from that perspective is something we try to avoid at all costs. Interestingly, there are many cross roads we experience where the best outcome for relationships, peace of mind, personal growth and health is simply to submit. To give in to what we have been fighting against.
